London Opulence ships worldwide. Courier selection depends on client destination country and parcel price. Please note that couriers will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, or personal mailboxes.

  • We ship to Russia but due to import restrictions of Russian Custom, a delay may occur on delivery.
  • We remind first–time Clients that London-O will request that address delivery of first order must match with Client credit card billing address.
  • Unfortunately, we only ship to one address per order, so we cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses.
  • London-O reserves the right not to ship packages to any address that it feels is un-shippable.

 

As per laws regulating commerce and trade, all shipments are accompanied with an official invoice with the declared values of each item. Discounted items reflect discounted prices. It is illegal to declare lower values or the items as gifts as per international import regulations.

By default, product prices published on this Site do not include taxes and shipping costs until your reach checkout.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) - Outside European Community

Orders shipped outside of the European Economic Community are exempt from Valued Added Tax, but are subject to import duties, local taxes and customs fees.

Payment of these DDU fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.

 

SHIPMENTS THAT DO NOT CLEAR CUSTOM’S SUCCESSFULLY IN THE CLIENT’S HOME COUNTRY DUE TO THE NON-COMPLIANCE OF IMPORT REGULATIONS RISK BEING RETURNED TO LONDON OPULENCE AT THE CLIENT’S EXPENSE. ALL RE-IMPORT FEES ASSESSED TO PACKAGES RETURNING TO LONDON OPULENCE AND THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPMENT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY EVENTUAL REIMBURSEMENT.

 

Orders are shipped from New York for makeup and beauty, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For clothing all items are shipped from Italy from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., local time. Orders placed from Friday evening until Monday morning will be processed on Monday morning. Orders for available merchandise, based on the confirmation of the availability of the merchandise and verification of the Bank Transaction, are shipped on the first weekday after order placement. Credit Cards are debited the date of shipment.

 

We remind first–time Clients that London Opulence my request your bank to contact the Client’s bank for approval of the charges. This verification will delay immediate shipping.

 

Shipment Fees: All prices are in USD

Within (USA)

Standard shipping costs $6 for orders under $99. All orders over $99 are shipped for free. (4-8) Business days

Express shipping costs $12 for all orders. (2-3) business days

Canada

For all Makeup, Fragrances and Beauty products the shipping cost is 14 dollars and takes (3-10) business days.

All orders over $150 are shipped for free.

International orders

For all Makeup, Fragrances and beauty products shipping is 16 dollars for standard ground and takes around (4-12) days.

All orders over $150 are shipped for free.

All clothing is shipped from our partner boutiques in Italy.

We remind first–time Clients that London-O may request your bank to contact the Client’s bank for approval of the charges. This verification will delay immediate shipping.

 

Shipments outside of the European Economic Community for clothing are exempt of VAT BUT ARE SUBJECT TO IMPORT FEES. Payment of these DDU fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.

 

London-Opulence shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer covered by the insurance.

 

Upon delivery, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE placing a signature for the receipt of the merchandise. London Opulence boxes are carefully packaged and may carry our partner boutiques name on it.

 

For any reason, if the box looks tampered or the official adhesive tape is NOT intact, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event, that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered, be sure to open a claim immediately with the local Courier Office and contact London-O at customercare@london-o.com

Return Policy

If for any reason, an order from London-O is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address as per the commercial agreement, the package risks being sent back to London-O at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

Returns Policy Beauty Products

Free Returns in USA except for wholesale purchases. Simply contact us for a return label. All other orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.

 

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

Returns for Clothing

If, for any reason, Clients are not satisfied with the order, the unused item(s) can be returned within 5 days of delivery. The value of the returned product will be refunded, except the shipment fees.

 

Please note that any exchange for the item purchased is not allowed. You will have to send the item back, following the return procedure, and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Item Return Checklist

Warning: check that the item meets the following conditions before shipping.

- Each item has the original Return Tag that must be attached to the item(s) with our original Security Cord. Return Tag and Security Cord must not be removed or cut in any way.

- The returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent and packaged in an orderly fashion. Please be aware that, if you want to return shoes, the shoe box is part of the designer product and we are unable to accept any return without the original designer box, or if the box has been damaged.

- London Opulence will NOT accept any items that have been worn, washed or altered for any reason and also reserves the right to deny any returns from clients.

 

Please follow the instructions listed below to return the item and get the refund as soon as possible.

The Client is responsible for shipment of the returned item(s) and any eventual import fees.

 

The package that containing the item(s) must be delivered to our warehouses within 10 days from the date of your receiving it.

WARNING: The package containing the returned items are under your responsibility. London-O.com is not responsible in case of lost packages, damages for incorrect packing or delivery delays to our warehouses. We suggest you choose an express shipment or an insured shipment in order to avoid any risk of delay or lost packages.

WARNING: The return of an order must take place within, and no later than, 5 days from the delivery of your order. After this period, we will not accept any returns unless we have come to an agreement in some other form.

Please handle items very carefully, because London-O will NOT accept any items that have Return Tag and/or Security Cord removed or cut in any way

Bathing suits, swim wear and intimate apparel are not returnable.

 

WARNING: Discounted items are returnable following the same conditions stated above.

 

All authorized returned merchandise is subject to re-entry inspection which is at the sole discretion of London-O and must meet all the requirements listed under the Return Policy.

 

If the authorized returned item(s) passes re-entry inspection and the procedure has been followed correctly, the refund, less the original shipping charges (and any re-stocking fees), will appear on the Client’s Credit Card (or Bank or Paypal).

 

The Client can choose to receive a Store Credit Coupon instead of a refund.
